No Money: Has Tunnel-Boring Shield "Alesia" Of Minsk Metro Construction Been Stopped?

The NEXTA telegram channel reports that the tunnel boring shield "Alesia" of Minsk Underground Construction has been completely stopped.

The reason: the Metro Construction Company has no money for the lining of the tunnel. "Alesia" has dug a tunnel from station Aeradromnaya to station Loshytskaya.

And there is no more funding for the second tunnel - the Development Bank has not given the promised loan. The shield dug 30 meters and was stopped. It will be stopped till May, 17 or even longer, if no funding is provided.

Earlier, it was reported that there were problems with the payment of wages to workers of the Minsk metro.
