Former footballer Aliaksandr Sviarchynski, who created the players' association, told Tribune that the clubs had already received a document from the Council of Ministers on the salary limit.

“I would like to tell you about the resolution of the Council of Ministers, which came to the clubs. This is an absolutely real limit on salaries. Not the one ABFF talked about in winter, about this abstract one. These are real numbers that should not be exceeded under any circumstances.

For each club, it will be individual, depending on the place that the club took last year. The top three teams cannot pay their players more than eight thousand rubles. There will be an exception only for those in national teams.

And, accordingly, the maximum salary will also be lower for the clubs that ranked lower last year: eight, seven, six, five, four. Perhaps in some clubs, the maximum salary will be three thousand rubles.

Therefore, it is very interesting how the clubs will behave. How will they bypass this document, since it is drawn up quite clearly and competently? It is clear that the top does not have enough money.

Therefore, it will be interesting whether the clubs will reciprocate and show the same love that these players who signed the pro-government letter showed. I know only one thing for sure, that the fans would return this love and reciprocation. But the clubs - we'll see," said Sviarchynski.
