The Ministry of Health Showed What a Certificate of Vaccination against COVID-19 Looks Like

It will be issued for a fee.

Citizens who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 will be issued a certificate. According to the Ministry of Health, the document will be issued at the vaccination point: "On a paid basis at the request of a citizen planning to travel outside the country during the year."

Since the rules of international regulation and requirements for vaccination are still being formed, such a document may be necessary for citizens of the Republic of Belarus to travel abroad, the ministry clarifies:

- The certificate is issued at the vaccination point on a paid basis at the request of a citizen planning to travel outside the country during the year. The document will contain information on preventive vaccinations against COVID-19, confirming vaccination-1 and vaccination-2.

The certificate contains the following information: the name of the healthcare organization and the date of birth of the person who received preventive vaccinations against COVID-19. The certificate is filled out in Russian and English.
