How "planned" the next "planned shutdown" of the NPP power unit is.

The Belarusian anti-nuclear campaign drew attention to an interesting point in the reports of the state media about the so-called planned shutdown of the BelNPP power unit in Astravets.

"The state agency BelTA informs: "The first power unit of the BelNPP on February 20 was scheduled to be shut down for testing and routine maintenance in accordance with the program of the pilot operation stage."

It's funny that this message was published on February 22 - 2 after the supposedly planned shutdown.

At the same time, there is no information about the alleged "planned shutdown of the power unit on the official website of the Belarusian NPP in the "news" section (however, as in any other).

It is logical to assume that this time the power unit was also shut down as a result of a malfunction, and not "as planned" - BelTA and BelNPP would have been informed about the planned shutdown in advance, right?

In any case, the Rosatom nuclear power plant in Belarus was shut down again - just in time for Lukashenka's visit to Putin," the Belarusian Anti-Nuclear Campaign sums up.
