Doctor: All Belarus Burns with a Red Flame

At the beginning of the fourth wave, only 18% of the population of Belarus was vaccinated.

Belarusian pulmonologist Yauhenia Barysevich called on Belarusians to get vaccinated on her Instagram account:

- I absolutely categorically and persistently declare: everyone, who has not done it yet, run to get vaccinated against coronavirus infection! All Belarus is burning with a red flame. Do not tempt fate and our possibilities (and they are not as great as they seem).

The population does not trust and is not well informed about vaccines. There are stories all around about side effects and also about profiteering from the population. So, as a practicing pulmonologist (working in the red zone since the appearance of the virus in RB), without any commercial interest, I declare that the vaccine has justified itself!

The vaccinated people who were admitted to our hospital beds endure the disease more easily and painlessly than those who have not been vaccinated.

At the beginning of the fourth wave, only 18% of the population of the Republic of Belarus was vaccinated. Therefore, we have what we have.

If you want to imagine the current picture of the situation in our hospitals, look at the social advertising and commercials from Italy and Spain of the 1st wave. Unfortunately, they don't show anything like that here, and they should! It would be very sobering.
