In September, food prices rose the most.
In Belarus, the annual inflation in September was 10.2%, Belstat reports. The prices for food products have grown most noticeably, writes zerkalo.io.
According to Belstat, food products in September in annual terms rose by 11.2%, non-food products - by 10.3%, and paid services - by 8.5%. For 9 months of this year, prices rose by 7.8%, 8.5% and 5.9%, respectively.
In September, food prices rose the most - by 2.1%. Non-food products rose in price by 1%, and paid services - by 0.5%.
Earlier, the authorities planned that in 2021 the annual increase in prices will not exceed 5%, but later revised their forecast to 9%.
