In the beginning, they wanted 50%, as if they had nothing to pay for utility fees. The order is, of course, oral. I cannot give any evidence. Everything will be done in a tricky way, as in state-owned enterprises, the salary is small, and the rest is a bonus, they will find a loophole to remove it.

If they now have nothing to pay, then the utility fees will increase 10 times a month. My department and the neighboring department are going to forget to turn off the lights. And how much hot water will flow, also because of forgetfulness..."
