Athletes do not want to continue the football championship of Belarus.

According to several sources of NEXTA Telegram-channel, one of the coaches of FC "Baranavichy" fell ill. He has confirmed double pneumonia, but the result of the test for COVID-19 is still unknown. The club players are not allowed to comment on the situation, threatened with fines and even with non-extension of contracts.

At the same time, the editorial staff of the channel managed to talk to the players of various clubs - the vast majority of them admit that they do not want to continue playing given the growing epidemic. However, taking into account the fact that almost all football clubs are state-owned, there is no hope for the consciousness of officials. As well as for displaying discontent by the players, who are very likely to lose their jobs right away.
