The editorial board of tut.by has got a letter from the readers that one of the employees of the 5th grammar school in Minsk was diagnosed with coronavirus. Swabs have been taken from the children who came in contact with him, those who don't want to be hospitalized are left at home for self-isolation under the supervision of their parents.

- The school called the parents of the children who were taught by the teacher and told them that everyone should stay at home for self-isolation. If the parents are not ready to isolate themselves with the child at home, the pupil will be hospitalized for quarantine," - the pupils' parents said.

According to the parents, they started to take swabs for coronavirus from their children at the weekend, whereas many children have not been in contact with the teacher recently, as they haven't been to the gymnasium for the last one or two weeks.

The parents who communicated with the journalists are ready to work remotely and keep the children in quarantine at home. From March 30 to April 5, schoolchildren have spring holidays.

The press-secretary of the Ministry of Health Yuliya Baradun confirmed that one of the employees of the capital gymnasium No. 5 had a positive test for coronavirus.

- According to the order of the Health Ministry, those who came in contact with the coronavirus infected should be hospitalized or self-isolated. Due to the fact that children cannot self-isolate without adult control, it was suggested that children should be self-isolated at home under the supervision of their parents, - the specialist said.
