NEXTA: Belarusian Tank Hits Russian Car At ‘Union Shield’ Military Exercises

The Russians were delivered to the military hospital.

A very unpleasant situation occurred with the Belarusian servicemen who arrived at the joint military exercises “Union Shield - 2019”, which are taking place at the Mulino firing ground in the Nizhniy Novgorod region of Russia (it is officially called “The 333rd center for combat preparation”). Yesterday, on September 11, they got into a big road accident. Several sources among the participants of the exercises, not connected with each other, reported that the tank driven by the Belarusians collided into the car with the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on board, the NEXTA Telegram channel informs.

The Russians were delivered to the military hospital, their condition was assessed as serious. The Belarusian tank and its crew did not suffer. The Russian law-enforcers are handling the case, and the legal assessment of the incident may be very serious. However, the press-center of the Belarusian Ministry of Defense remains low-key about it - this information is regarded as a military secret.

The military exercises will start already tomorrow, on September 13. On the Belarusian part, over 4,000 servicemen, 30 tanks, 80 armoured vehicles, 50 multiple-launch rocket systems, weapons and mortars will participate thereof.
