All day long, the children search through the trash, throwing whatever they don't need on the ground. But the worst thing about it is that they eat the leftovers of food and drink up the beer from the bottles.

The locals have repeatedly appealed to the administration, wrote letters to all the authorities, but they cannot do anything about it.
