Belarusian Entrepreneur Exposed Officials Renting Grass

There goes a large-scale deception at the state level.

Seasonal land leases in Belarus can provide the Prosecutor's Office and investigative bodies with lots of work. Entrepreneur Mikalai has told Siarhei Tikhanouski in the video on the Country for Life channel how officials lend the grass to entrepreneurs as a permanent facility.

Mikalai asserts that there is a deception at the level of the state - it is impossible to shield the lease of land with coating. To some entrepreneurs they rent out land, while they rent out the coverage to the others, which is about 20 times more expensive. There are no equal conditions for all business entities. It is unacceptable to cover the lease of land with some kind of coverage or call it a permanent facility. State registration of such buildings is not required, because the tiles are on public land (Decree No. 421 of November 15, 2016).

Accordingly, it is not possible to check the registration of such permanent facilities. This is idiocy. It is obvious that the tile is an element of improvement, which other officials from different ministries confirmed by their answers. But the independent Belarusian courts take the side of the city executive committees and confirm in their decisions and rulings that the grass is a permanent facility and that the officials lease the land with the lawn to entrepreneurs at a price 20 times more expensive by applying other legal norms.

Belarusian entrepreneurs can't understand why when it rains, the entrepreneur who rents land for cafes is hidden from the rain, and the one who rents a permanent facility gets wet in the rain. This is possible only in the "country, that is best for life"!
