Deputy Prime Minister Of Russian Federation: Gas Price For Belarus To Be Discussed After Negotiations On "Integration"

Dmitry Kozak has said that negotiations on "integration" are already underway.

Russia and Belarus have not yet started discussing gas prices starting from 2020, as first, the issue of deepening the "integration" is to be resolved, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak says, Interfax reports.

According to him, the negotiations on "integration" are already underway. After the negotiations are over, it will be clear how to bring together the gas markets and whether it is possible to create a common or a single gas market. Kozak hopes that the solution will be worked out soon.

On July 3, President Vladimir Putin announced that he would discuss integration with Lukashenka on July 18 in St. Petersburg.

Moscow and Minsk decided to create a working group on the settlement of problematic issues and the development of "integration" in late 2018. It was headed by the heads of economic agencies of the two countries, Maxim Oreshkin and Dzmitry Krutoi.
