The investigation brought charges against two Russian citizens, arrested in the case of fireworks explosions during the fireworks festivities in Minsk on July 3. This was reported to TASS by spokesman for the Russian Embassy in Belarus Sergei Aryaev on Wednesday.

"The charge has been brought. The investigative actions are still ongoing," - the spokesman for the embassy said.

The Investigative Committee has not confirmed this information. "We can still say that the investigation is ongoing," - the official representative of the agency, Siarhei Kabakovich, said.

As a result of the explosion of fireworks during the festive fireworks in Minsk on July 3, a woman died and 10 people were injured. According to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus, the fireworks units and fireworks themselves had been bought in the Russian company Piro-Ross (Sergiev Posad).
