The Belarusian dictator broke the protocol.

At the end of his visit to Belgrade, Aliaksandr Lukashenka addressed the National Assembly of Serbia. Entering the parliament, he noticed the leader of the Serbian radical party Vojislav Seselj and headed to him to warmly welcome and hug, Salidarnasts reports.

According to Kurir, thus the dictator of Belarus violated the protocol.

Vojislav Šešelj has spent almost 12 years in the pre-trial detention cell of The Hague prison as a defendant in the trial of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Last spring, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but the time spent in custody was taken into account. Šešelj was convicted of crimes against humanity because of the persecution of Croats in the early 1990s.

On the eve of the Belarusian ruler's arrival, chairman of the Democratic Party of Sanda Raskovic Ivic made it clear that Lukashenka's planned meeting with parliamentarians would be a mockery of democracy.
