Belarusians Demand To Remove Russian Propagandist Solovyov From TV Broadcasting

Thousands of people have signed the petition to the Mininform.

Belarusians demand to remove Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov from the TV broadcasting of the RTR-Belarus channel. In this regard, an electronic appeal addressed to the Ministry of Information has appeared in the network.

The authors of the petition thus call for "solidarity with Ukraine and rejection of the Moscow propaganda".

"An hour-long stream of lies and hatred is addressed to our neighbor Ukraine. We have good-neighbourly relations with Ukraine, the Solovyov's program incites interethnic discord, and finally, it lacks a Belarusan agenda. So what is it doing on our air? It is not technically difficult to remove it, it is the last one in the broadcast schedule. We only need political will and common sense of the authorities," - the address says.

So far, the petition has been signed by 3,343 people.
