Brest Residents Marched Against Battery Factory

About 200 people took part in the event.

On Sunday, residents of Brest took part in a traditional protest against the launch of the battery factory near the city.

The Charter97.org correspondent reported about it from Brest.

Initially, about 100 people gathered in the central square of the city to "feed pigeons". But then the number of people increased to 150.

After discussing the current problems related to the closure of the battery plant and the political campaign in the country, the protesters marched through the central streets of Brest. In the course of movement, new people joined the march and the number of participants increased to 200 people.
