Brest Residents Receive First “Chain Letters"

Even those people who are not “parasites” by decree receive notifications.

In the first days of 2019, the Brest residents received “chain letters.” They concern the persons who are included in the so-called “database” of citizens who are not engaged in the economy. The database includes even those people, who should not be in it according to the decree, Radio Racyja reports.

They must submit to the commission grounds for excluding them from the list.

It is known that about half a million citizens of Belarus got into the so-called “database”. All of them a priori are considered to be not employed in the economy.

We remind that the Belarusians, who work abroad, automatically fall within the “parasites.” The lists will be compiled by special commissions that work with personal information of Belarusians.

It has been stated more than once that “parasites” will also pay for other services that are subsidized by the state, and the Belarusians “not employed in the economy” were threatened with Medical-Labour Centres.

We remind that the previous version of the “parasite decree” caused mass protests, which experts have called the most large-scale ones in Belarus since the “perestroika.”
