Teachers Sent To Deliver “Chain Letters” To “Parasites”

A Decree No.1 reminder has been received by a mother of many children from Homel.

Since the beginning of the functioning of the “parasite” decree’s updated version, a lot of residents of Belarus have already received “chain letters” – a notice that they are included in the database of “not employed in the economy.”

The issue of notifying citizens about the fate that fell to their lot was resolved in the best traditions of a state with an excessive administrative resource in Navabelitski district of Homel.

Yuliya Haniseuskaya, a local resident, has reported to Striking News that a “chain letter” was brought to her apartment against signature. And that was done by teachers of the school No. 73.

“Has the executive committee decided to save on mail? Let the teachers who “have nothing to do” deliver letters to the apartments. And they do not care that one of those “not employed in the economy” may turn out to be a marginal and beat those who bring these messages,” – Yuliya shared emotions.

She herself, by the way, received a notice despite the fact that the decree does not apply to her and she does not consider herself to be a “parasite.” The fact is that Yuliya Haniseuskaya is a mother of many children, raising four children, the youngest of whom has not yet turned seven years old.

“Every year I update my documents for the school, bring a copy of the certificate. But they told me that I still have to bring all the documents to the executive committee in order to prove my unbelonging to the “parasites,” – the woman said.

By the way, Yuliya Haniseuskaya was already the hero of Striking News materials. This is the woman with whose children, twin brothers, their grandmother was at suit, arguing that six-year-old boys owed her a lot of money from their share in the deceased father’s inheritance. Fortunately, thanks to the tremendous public response caused by the case due to publications in Striking News, state services approached the matter responsibly and the first-graders were not turned into bad debtors-defaulters.
