Belarusian Agricultural Academy's Rector sentenced to three years with reprieve

The rector of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy in Horki was sentenced to three years with a reprieve, BelTA reports with reference to the press service of the Mahiliou regional court.

The court of the Dribinsk district of the Mahiliou region found the man guilty of abuse of official authority. He was sentenced to a three years imprisonment. The execution of the sentence is delayed for two years.

The defendant is fined 300 BR (Br7350). He is banned to occupy posts related to organizational, administrative and administrative duties for the next 5 years. The verdict has not come into legal force and can be appealed and protested in the established order.
