Dynama Minsk HC Dismisses Gordie Dwyer, All Coaches

The contracts with coach Siarhei Stas, coach Kanstantsin Kaltsou, goalkeepers’ coach Andrei Kudzin, physical training coach Henadz Lianha and coach-scout Yury Kuzmenkou, have been terminated by the agreement of the parties.

- The team needs radical changes, therefore, having discussed the situation together with the coaches, we came to the unanimous conclusion that the termination of cooperation with the current coaching staff should give a positive impetus to our team. We need a radical improvement in almost all components of the game. At such moments, harsh decisions are justified, this is the only way we can change something. The one who will replace Gordie Dwyer and his assistants will be announced soon. The new coaching staff will start working in the near future in order to prepare the team for the match against Tractor, ” Dzmitry Baskau, Director General of HC Dynama Minsk commented on the personnel changes.
