School Bus Crashed Into Oncoming Loading Tractor In Voranava District

There were 22 children on the bus.

A School bus crashed into a loading tractor in the village of Kanvelishki in Voranava District. This was reported by the traffic police of the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee.

The accident occurred in the morning of November 9. According to preliminary information, in the fog, the driver of the bus crossed into the oncoming lane and crashed into an Amkador loading tractor.

As a result of the accident, the bus driver was blocked in the cabin. The man was taken out of the vehicle with the help of special tools by rescuers. With injuries of varying severity, the victim was hospitalized.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in addition to the driver, 24 passengers were on the bus: two adults and 22 children aged 3 to 17 years. The adults and five children were taken to the hospital for examination.

According to the traffic police, two children were placed in the hospital. They have minor injuries.
