On the night of April 27, the Russian occupiers carried out a massive missile attack on Ukraine.

Thus, at 00:55, the Ukrainian Air Force reported the departure of Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region.

The first missiles fired by these bombers reached Ukraine at approximately 03:50 at night, although the alarm was sounded a little earlier.

“A missile in the Chernihiv region, heading for Chernihiv!” the Ukrainian Armed Forces wrote at 03:52.

Air raid warning in Ukraine

The missiles flew over various regions of Ukraine for more than an hour. At 04:53, the Dnipro Operational Telegram channel reported explosions in the city of Dnipro, after which people saw “smoke” over the city.

Already at 05:11 in the morning, the Air Force announced the takeoff of an enemy MiG-31K from the Savasleika airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This aircraft carries the Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Already at 05:34 it became known that such a missile was moving through the Zhytomyr region in a southwestern direction.

At 05:50, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported a missile in the direction of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. Only at 06:02 was the alarm cleared. True, ten minutes later the alarm was announced again due to the movement of another missile towards Kryvyi Rih.

In general, enemy missiles were spotted in Sumy, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, and Lviv regions.

As the Nikolaevski Vanek Telegram channel reported, 5 TU-95ms bombers attacked Ukraine with missiles in two waves. In addition, the Russians launched Kalibr, Kinzhal, and Kh-59 missiles.
