AFU Eliminate Russian Hardware Column During Assault Near Robotyne

This was reported by an AFU lieutenant with the call sign "Alex" on his Telegram channel "Officer+" with reference to the words of a fighter of the 65th brigade.

"The situation is steadily tense, just east of Robotyne the Russians conducted an assault with the forces of 5 BMDs and 5 APCs. All of them were destroyed on the approach by artillery. The infantry were finished off by drops," the soldier said.

The soldier added that they have significantly increased the number of night Maviks and night FPV drones on their section of the front, which is already taking its toll on the front line near Robotyne.

On April 17, the AFU General Staff reported in its morning bulletin that the Russian occupants attacked four times the positions of Ukrainian soldiers in the areas of Staromayorske in Donetsk Region, Robotyne and north-west of Verbove in Zaporizhzhia Region.
