Zelensky: We Had Zero Missiles Left

The President of Ukraine has revealed why the Russian Federation managed to destroy the Trypilska thermal power plant.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Trypilska thermal power plant in Kyiv Region was destroyed because Ukraine did not have any missiles left to defend it. The head of state said this in an interview with PBS News.

According to him, the light in Kyiv region depends on the Trypilska station.

"11 missiles were flying. We destroyed the first seven, four of them destroyed Trypillya. Why? Because there were zero missiles. We ran out of all missiles that were defending Trypillya," said Zelensky.

We remind you, as a result of a massive missile attack on the night of Thursday, April 11, the Russian occupiers completely destroyed Trypilska TPP in Kyiv region.

Russia hit Trypilska TPP with new Kh-69 cruise missiles. It was these subsonic missiles that allowed the occupiers to destroy completely the most powerful power plant in Kyiv Region.
