A room protruding from the wall was attached to the apartment of a Khrushchev-era house in the center of Minsk. Apparently, the kitchen has been expanded. Realt.by publishes the photos of the design.

The shanty development has been made on a Khrushchev-era house in Hikala street. Judging by the facade, the apartment on the third floor was enlarged even before the overhaul: the “nesting box” is painted in the tone of the house, it is difficult to determine its construct under the thermal coat. Interestingly, the addition to the apartment extends beyond the line of balconies.

The construction is located right above the entrance of the residential building. It is difficult to speak of its soundness, but it does not look very reliable.

It is a big question whether it was possible to get an agreement on such a reconstruction. All the facade changes and redevelopment inside the apartment require appropriate permits.
