The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Minsk met with students of his country.

According to students, the meeting was held in February. Such meetings are held regularly, Radio Azatlyk informs.

The Ambassador mentioned clothes while answering the question about reasons for blocking cards issued by Vnesheconombank of Turkmenistan, as well as restrictions on money transfer from Turkmenistan.

As for bank cards, Nazarguly Shaguliyev said that students withdraw money, convert it into dollars and send it back to their parents in Turkmenistan, where they change these dollars on the black market.
