Leonid Nevzlin About Lukashenka’s Statement: This Is Manifestation Of Brutish Antisemitism

The dictator keeps on making clumsy statements about Jews.

Lukashenka came up with an abusive statement today, as he visited the Mahiliou region. He compared cow farms near Shklou with Auschwitz.

Businessman, civil figure Leonid Nevzlin, who is well-known in Russia and Israel, commented on the dictator’s statement on his Facebook page:

“Lukashenka keeps on making clumsy statements about Jews and what surrounds them. I wonder, how come an ordinary kolkhoz manager has so many thoughts about this in his head? Maybe, this is the manifestation of brutish antisemitism. Mr. Lukashenka, do you want a response? Say it then. And you will get it.”

Auschwitz (or Oswiecim, from the name of the Polish city) is the name for the complex of German death camps Auschwitz-Birkenau, where over a million people were killed and tortured during World War II. Most of them - for being Jewish by origin.

This is not the first time Lukashenka makes different comparisons and statements that can be regarded as demeaning the memory and insulting representatives of other nationalities.
