Lukashenka Dismisses Mahiliou Region Governor Uladzimir Damaneuski

A number of officials have been demoted.

During his visit to the Kupalauskaye agroholding in the Shklou district of the Mahiliou region, Lukashenka ordered to fire all those responsible for the “failure to ensure proper economic conditions and production discipline at the Kupalauskaye agroholding,” BelTA reports.

Chairman of the Shklou district executive committee Vasil Vitsiunou headed the Kupalauskaye agricultural holding.

Lukashenka’s assistant in the Mahiliou region Henadz Laurankou will act as Chairman of the Shklou district executive committee.

Finally, his current first deputy Mikalai Karotsin will act as Chairman of the Mahiliou regional executive committee.

Chairman of the Mahiliou regional executive committee Uladzimir Damaneuski was dismissed.
