Another case has been started against freelance journalist Kanstantsin Zhukouski.

Freelance journalist Kanstantsin Zhukouski received another protocol over having committed an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (illegal making and distribution of media products). For the sake of personal security, the refugee does not name the host country, HRC “Viasna” reports.

Homel journalist Andrei Tolchin, who also received a similar protocol by mail from ... Luninets, reported on new administrative charges against Zhukouski in the social networks.

The administrative offense protocol, drawn up on February 5, states that back on October 30, 2018, Andrei Tolchin, together with Kanstantsin Zhukouski, “made an interview with a resident of Luninets and published the material at Belsat TV channel”.

“Shunevich’s subordinates seem to have nothing to do ... Such greetings coming from the Brest region, from Luninets ... And then they say that there is no persecution, or lists of those who fall under persecution either. However, this protocol of the “semi-fresh” proves the opposite, doesn’t it? ” Andrei Tolchin commented on the situation on Facebook.
