Large Amount Of Money Disappears During Search In Dzmitry Palienka's Apartment

Police also crushed activist's apartment and broke his computer.

Activist Dzmitry Palienka returned home after interrogation and found broken walls and overturned things in the apartment, Belsat reports.

Those who carried out the search did not treat other person's property with care.

“My computer was lying on the floor without a hard drive. They took two laptops and a phone, T-shirts. They broke the walls – I do not know, maybe they were looking for hiding places. A large sum of money, about 370 rubles and $ 100, also disappeared.”

Dzmitry Palienka, Yauhen Chulitski and Anastasiya Huseva were released after interrogations on January 23.

Activists are suspected of making “Cops kill people” graffiti on the wall of one of the city buildings on Akhotskaya street on December 22, 2018. Young people were detained on grounds of a video on which no faces were visible.

A criminal case was initiated for damage of buildings and property. Palienka and Chulitski were detained on January 21, Huseva – on January 22. Their homes were searched. Activists were placed in temporary detention facility.
