This Year State Plans To Fine Belarusians Almost 135 Million Rubles

The Ministry of Finance of Belarus has published a plan on fines.

The document entitled “The Budget of the Republic of Belarus for Citizens for 2019,” published on the website of the Ministry of Finance, states that in 2019, the amount of revenues from fines to the budget of Belarus is planned at the level of 134,400,000 rubles. This is 4.8% in the structure of non-tax revenues.

Total non-tax budget revenues of 2019 will amount to 2.8 billion rubles. They include: income from the use of state-owned property (60.2%), income from the implementation of income-generating activities (15.7%), fines (4.8%); other non-tax revenues (19.3%).
