Wasps Attacked Kindergarten In Hrodna

Five children are hospitalized.

Experts register an increase in wasps' attacks in the Hrodna region, tut.by informs.

For example, in Hrodna agressive insects attacked children in the kindergarten on Olga Smolova Street. Five children were hospitalized.

Over the past month around 50 people asked for medical assistance because of bee stings. Seven Hrodna residents who asked for medical assistance had numerous insect stings. In August there were 11 people hospitalized.

Wasps nest on rooftops, balconies. Employees of the Emergencies Ministry are obliged to save people from annoying insects. Over the past month they responded to such cases hundreds of times. Emergency response employees say that wasps chose school and kindergarten buildings as nests. 90% of responses go to these education institutions.
