The tut.by journalist Dzmitry Bobryk was released.

Tut.bu portal reported it in its Tweeter.

As Charter97.org has previously reported, the editor of the Society column of the portal tut.by Uliana Babaed was also released.

We remind that searches in tut.by and BelaPAN news agency offices started on Tuesday morning, a criminal case was opened for unauthorized access to computer information of the state agency BelTA.

According to the Investigative Committee, the criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 349 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (unauthorized access to computer information, made from personal interests, which caused significant harm) was initiated on materials of the inspection carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the ministry, for over two years (2017-2018), without the knowledge and consent of the republican unitary enterprise, more than 15 thousand unauthorized connections to information stored in the computer system of the enterprise have been recorded.

According to the Belarusian Association of Journalists, tut.by editor-in-chief Maryna Zolatava, tut.by editor Hanna Kaltyhina, tut.by news editor Halina Ulasik and BelaPAN columnist Tatsiana Karavenkava were detained for three days. It was also reported that tut.by employee Hanna Yermachonak and BelaPAN editor Andrei Serada had been detained.
