Oleg Yesayan was dismissed from his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed by President Armen Sarkisyan, writes tut.by.

Armen Gevondyan was appointed to the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Belarus and the post of permanent plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Armenia under the statutory and other bodies of the CIS.

Prior to this, Gevondyan served as advisor to the Armenian Foreign Minister.

Previously, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that those ambassadors who work inefficiently will be recalled.
