The information about the detention of the vice-premier, ex-minister of health, Vasil Zharko, has proved to be false. The tut.by editors offer their apologies.

Press Secretary of the Council of Ministers Uladzislau Sychevich said that he had personally spoken to the vice-premier. According to him, he had been at his workplace.

The information that Zharko is at large has also been confirmed by his daughter.
