The interests of the worker in court were represented by legal labor inspector for Homel region Leanid Sudalenka.

On June 12, a judge of the Chyhunachny District Court of Homel, Halina Chernashei, surcharged 3722.8 rubles of unpaid final payment and penalties for its delay from the LLC Dzhem-Flex in favor of 43-year-old electric welder Dzmitry Kres, Homel Spring reports.

The interests of the worker in court were represented by legal labor inspector for Homel region Leanid Sudalenka.

We remind that on May 25, electric welder Dzmitry Kres joined the Homel regional branch of the Radio Electronics Industry Workers' Trade Union (REP) and asked for help. According to the worker, he learned about the trade union activity in the region from the social network Odnoklassniki.

The Joint Limited Liability Company Dzhem-Fleks, where the man worked as an electric welder of the 4th category, hadn’t been paying wages since the beginning of the year. According to the pay sheets, his salary was about 700 rubles ($ 350), it had been calculated, but not paid. On April 5, the worker quit his job and started to wait for the company to pay him.

The trade union labor rights inspector Leanid Sudalenka raised the issue in court of recovering 1594.16 rubles of back pay, 1550 rubles of the average earnings because of the late payment, as well as 434 rubles of compensation for the unused days of the annual leave – 3578.16 rubles in total.

With due regard to the delay of the payment, the amount to be recovered increased to 3,722.8 rubles.

The court decision will come into force in 10 days.
