They have started to place limits on traffic in Minsk in connection with the rehearsal of the Minsk garrison parade. A kilometer traffic jam was formed on the Minsk Ring Road near Partyzanski Avenue at 20.30. The military parade will be held on July 3, Radio Svaboda informs.

Residents of the capital have repeatedly asked the authorities to transfer the parade outside the city. They wrote numerous petitions, resented on Facebook. In the evenings – and this is on working days – when the military are preparing for the parade, the city is blocked, kilometer traffic jams are formed, and the cordons do not allow firefighters to pass.
