The IC claims that there was no corpus delicti.

On May 17, the Investigative Committee closed the case about bringing to death the soldier Mikhail Biauziuk from Azarychy. Preliminary investigation lasted six months but no crime was found in the death of the guy. Yury Biauziuk, the brother of the deceased soldier, received a note on this, Eurpradio reports.

On March 19, 2015, Mikhail Biauziuk phoned his brother from Pechy where he served, asking him to come to see him the next weekend and bring some things he needed. On March 20, Mikhail phoned his brother again and specified the list of necessary things. And on the morning of March 21, Yury Biauziuk got a call from the military unit and was informed that Mikhail had hung himself.

The case of Mikhail Biauziuk was covered by the media after the resonant death of the 21-year-old Aliaksandr Korzhych from Pinsk, who also served in Pechy. Yury Biauziuk questioned the official version according to which his brother committed suicide in the army. The human rights activist Leanid Sudalenka helped him to appeal to the Investigative Committee, demanding that a criminal case should be initiated on the fact that the young soldier could be brought to suicide.

However, the investigation did not find new circumstances in the death of Mikhail Biauziuk. His relatives have the right to read the materials of the criminal case. They can also appeal against the decision to terminate the preliminary investigation in the prosecutor's office or in court.
