Aliaksandr Kabanau: People See Everything And Understand, Who Real Villains Are

The authorities are afraid of protests and act meanly.

In the temporary detention center of Biaroza District Police Department, when serving his five-day prison sentence, blogger and public activist Aliaksandr Kabanau was presented with another summons.

He has to appear precisely in the Leninski district police department of Brest on October 26 at 16 o'clock.

Aliaksandr Kabanau has commented on the situation to Radio Racyja:

“Although they know that I come out on Monday at 5:30, I can come on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. On Wednesday or Thursday, they could bring me to court, but the court could set me free. And I'll be free at the weekend. And they can't be having that. Therefore, the summons is for Friday. People see it all. And they begin to understand that our authorities and the police commanders are real scoundrels.”

According to Siarhei Rusetski, a lawyer at the Viasna Human Rights Center, the Brest police could transfer the drawing up of the protocol and even the consideration of the case in court to Biaroza. And such a tough attitude towards the activist testifies to the prosecution of him in order to prevent the blogger from participating in the next silent protest against the battery factory. There is no doubt that on Friday, October 26, Kabanau will be placed in a temporary detention center again.
