Pavel Seviarynets: There Are Two Hot Spots In Kurapaty

The politician called on Belarusians to gather in the tract.

One of the BCD leaders Pavel Seviarynets has written about it on Facebook:

– On October 16, we're all gathering in Kurapaty at 10.00, at the Cross of Torture – to consult on the spot about the national memorial’s protection, and to prevent the destruction of Kurapaty.

There are two hotspots: archaeological digging is to start at Calvary to establish the sign (excavation depth is up to 2 m), and at the beginning of the road, by the crosses, we are manually digging a trench to drain water.

Not only that: a road is being built along the gas pipeline. The remains are not there (because at a depth of 1.8 meters, there is a 70-cm pipe with gas, all the soil is transported from offsite), but dozens of people are needed to protect the crosses along.

Your presence is needed. We must make sure that the works are done carefully: each ball of the ground is screaming with pain in this place.

We also need shovels (digging tools, spit, entrenching shovels) and gloves (we’ll dig by hands, the trench is considerable).
