Leanid Kulakou’s Phone Blocked Illegally

Authorities deprive opposition activists of the mobile communication.

Activist of the European Belarus civil campaign Leanid Kulakou reported that for Charter97.org:

"Yeah, I was disconnected from all the mobile operators for the fact that I do not owe anything to this bandit and thievish regime," – Leanid Kulakou wrote.

Earlier Leanid Kulakou stated that following the order issued by the judicial executor A. Kastsiuk on January 8, 2018, MTS, VELCOM and Best operators are prohibited from fulfilling their obligations under contracts for the provision of telecommunication services.

We remind that earlier the authorities illegally blocked public activist Volha Nikalaichyk’s phone.
